This time we have (as you may have already guessed) the Titan Vanguard, Commander Zavala. Featuring ~147 lines of dialogue.

Usable by male soldiers, Reapers, Skirmishers, Templars and SPARK units.

I recommend using this mod with the Commander Zavala Character Pack, made by HotChocletyLez, for the full experience.
