Instructions:

Puree apple and banana in a food processor.
Add spices while mixing. I like cinnamon & nutmeg.
Whip/Whisk almond butter in electric mixer, 2min.
Add your puree to the mix.
Add 2 eggs.
Add 1 tbsp of tapioca flour.
Add 0.5 tsp of baking soda.
Add 1 tbsp of vanilla extract (I used some real maple too)

Mix the crap out of that.

Then brush/wipe some coconut oil onto your waffle iron.
Ladel your mixture in. Don't put in too much, give it room to spread.
Play around with cooking and cooking temp.
It will take longer than a normal waffle to cook.
I turn down the heat after the first 2 min to prevent burning.
With practice (and a bit of coconut oil), you'll achieve a tasty, crispy exterior and a firm interior.

Eat with anything. Get ready to buy more almond butter.
