Industry DLC is required as the North Sea oil rush is on in Scotland!

You’ll have to zone a lot of oil industry – it is boom time in Aberdeen.

Of course, most of the oil is offshore but there’s enough onshore to get a level 5 oil industry going (just) to allow you to build 3 oil drilling platforms offshore.

The citizens are behind you for now but are concerned about pollution going too high. Too much and they will send you packing. They are also ready to make their feelings known using true Scottish sayings so watch out for those (and use google translate if not sure what they are telling you)!

They also want to move away from oil long term so they demand that you build the Fusion Power Plant milestone.

This is a nice scenario in that you get a rare chance to drill offshore – not something often seen on maps.

YOU MUST SUBSCRIBE TO THE ADDITIONAL ITEMS BEFORE RUNNING THE SCENARIO IF YOU WANT THE SHOPPING CENTRE TO LOOK AS PER THE PICTURES

I just tried out this scenario and I am showing 0 oil specialization even tho I have a 4 star oil field industry area

Thank you @777 for your feedback - really appreciated. I am new to scenario creation and hadn't realised I needed to add the "required items". Have now amended on this one and the others in my collection that will hopefully sort for these and future ones! Next up is SpaceX and launching the Falcon Heavy (so a few SpaceX props to be loaded there including the drone barges)!

Aren't you using other mods/DLC than Industries? During the loading i had a dozen props missing. Looking at your screenshot: i don't have the buildings on the left and the bridge on the right.

I've just checked back and all seems ok. This was my end save position and I had lots of incoming traffic and rail

Unplayable, some road parts are missing and no connection to outside. :/

im well aware a tiles mod would fix that i used them before ;) im mainly referring to vanilla players im currently on the english channel scenario trying that out at the moment

I didn't have that problem when I tested but I do have "81 tiles" mod enabled. The oil is all at the edge of the map so you have to go that way. You don't need many tiles to win this but maybe add that mod and you should hopefully be fine then. Let me know...!

so i liked the idea of your scenario and tried it sadly when you go to expand it doesnt let you expand towards the water only north west south so its impossible to reach the oil or the water without tile mods
