Good point. I tried Absolute Barrier and you're totally right, there is no status effect showing. No idea if it's a bug or not, unfortunately. Maybe Absolute Barrier doesn't trigger the status effect and simply works the same way as Survive.

Wtf, I've never heard of inception or planted before. :P Survive also seems... strange. I've used absolute barrier but I don't recognize that symbol, I don't think I've seen any symbol show up when using it. (Unless that's because it only blocks damage from attacks. Status effects can still kill when using absolute barrier and it's pretty annoying.)
