The mariachi chef

The mariachi chef appears roaming around the map during a party.

To unlock him, you need to give him a lunch. (There is a "?" indicating than he want to eat something)

So, you need to give him a ...

Burger bros : Full burger
Pizza bros : Pepperoni Pizza
Sushi bros : Sushi roll
Tacos bros : Chicken tacos with lettuce & cheese

NB : People says than it appears only friday in campaign.
NB2 : In Diner/Burger Bros, it appears roaming outside the restaurant.

Days when the Chef is available :

All october month.
4th & 13th day of any month.
5th of May
1st to 9th november
Any Friday
Any Monday
Any day before 2020, May, 1st.

Diner bros customers

Athletes : You need to give them their command fast. They leave fast.
Const. workers : They order two meal.
Punks : They leave without paying, you need to catch them and beat them !
Food critics : They give you stars so don't forget to pass their command in priority.
Divas : You need to prepare their command twice because they will refuse the first one.
Artists : You need to prepare their command twice because they will refuse the first one.

NB : Give a Traffic cones to the food critics instead of his command.
NB2 : Spam a golden burger to a customer instead of his command.

Pizza bros customers

Kleptomaniac: They try to steal your items. Beat them. You can chase them only when they have an item in hand.
Thieves : They try to steal your items. Beat them. You can chase them anytime.
Buds : They beg for food. Give them what they want. No need of a plate !
Lumberjacks : They order two meal
Divas : They will follow you everywhere and block you ! Give them full bottle of ... red wine, then, white wine and you are saved.

NB : Athletes from Burger Bros appears in Pizza Bro. So be careful !

Sushi bros customers

Sumo : They order two meals
Kabuki : They afraid and harass customers ! Give them what they want and they will leave !
Hime : They cry and annoy other customers if you make time to serve them. Serve them faster !
Shinobi : They sneak in your restaurant to steal your meal. Beat them !
Punks : They leave without paying. Beat them when they are sneaking out !

Tacos bros customers

Buds : They forget their order so try to look at their order when they sit.
Good Mariachi : They play music and follow you everywhere. Give them meal and they will leave.
Bad Mariachi : They play bad music and block you when they follow you. Give them meal !
Twins : They order the same meal. But one of the twins forget an ingredient she ordered.
Luchadors : They order two meals.
Muertos : They steal your meal. Beat them and they go away.
Old lady : She run the bell to announce rush hours ! You can't do anything about it.
Sofia : She chop meat for you. After a little time, the meat will be already chopped.

NB : It's the best place to achieve some "max customers/meal" achievement.
NB 2 : During rush hours. For each customers, there is 4 people walking in the crowd.

The Elf Chef

The elf is a special chef. To unlock him, you need to earn 9 stars in winter challenge. (Gift challenge, ...)

Some achievements

Sleep with the fishes : You have to try to serve the trophie in sushi bros to any customer.

Trifecta - "Collect 3 trophies" : Since this achievement came out when sushi bros released, you might have to get the trophies from Burger, Pizza and Sushi.

There has been a steam remote play update, which is causing controller issues in general. Or is it something else @duck?

One thing I couldn't figure out though, is what does NB stand for?

Hi, i have some corrections

---Burger Bros
--Artists
-Artists order weird meals, they usually order buns + Lettuce/Tomatoes without burgers.

---Pizza bros
--Kleptomaniac
-Kleptomaniacs need to be beaten more times than Thieves to get them to run away.
--Buds
-Buds block you in the kitchen and follow you around until you fulfil their order, which only appears above their heads. You can give it to them without a plate. You can also beat them to make them stop temporarily.

By inspecting the game files, I found out that the mariachi chef spawns when any single one of these are true:
Any day in October,
The 4th day of any month,
The 13th day of any month,
May the 5th,
November 1st - November 9th,
Any friday,
Any monday,
Any day before 2020, may, 1st

They are called "unlucky day"
