try to increase the scroll speed bro, and also try to look around the middle of the highway :)

that scroll speed is kind of slow... and i really don't recommend the standard bar skin. it really succ. check options in skin and try the other default skins like arrows or circles. skin bar is a no no until you are actually good in the game lol
