Popis
This mod creates a decision that makes every province in the game have the max amount of holding spaces available. It adds 7 holding spaces to every province, even if they aren't in your nation. Want to have a very developed Africa? Want Iceland to become actually useful? Use this and have as much holdings as you can!

It should work for everything, since it just goes to every province there is and adds holding slots.
