Игра банально не запускается в полноэкранном режиме. Для исправления нужно подправить конфиг файл, который находиться по пути (в случае если он стандартный):

В случае если путь установки не стандартный, можно нажать в стиме на игре правой кнопкой мыши, и выбрав свойства переходим в категорию "Локальные файлы" - где нажимаем на кнопку "Просмотреть локальные файлы", с этого каталога отправляемся по пути:
