Map is divided in 2 sections:

Red Line

Red Line must be done first to collect first key
that will open Gateway.

Here are two vantage Points:
Important: Do Red line first!!!

Blue Line.

Now this is the tricky section of this Map!

Blue Line will start at now open Gateway
and lead to Exit to earn your Gold Medal Award.

There is also Treasure Chest right under Hamilton's picture! (red dot)
