[WOTC] Morale System

Beskrivelse
OVERVIEW
This mod introduces new mechanics to counter the Fatigue System.

The concept is that by killing enemies, your troops have a small chance to restore Morale.
(AKA Will lost during combat)

Impaired units cannot regain Morale. This includes most status effects, mind-control and units bound by a Viper.

The main motivation behind this mod was to introduce a new feature that would let me do the DLC missions without guaranteeing the Shaken status on all my soldiers.
EDIT: Turns out the Community Highlander has a feature to fix this, see first page of comments

CONFIGURATION
The configuration file should be in the following location:
<Your Steam Install> \steamapps\workshop\content\268500\2242584900\Config\XComMoraleSystem.ini

You can configure the chance to restore Morale when an enemy dies and the amount of Morale restored. You can also create custom settings for specific enemies.

There are three categories of settings:

Default Setting
This is the default setting. When any enemy dies, the event will use these settings to check how often and how much Morale to restore.

The Lost Setting
Bypasses the default setting if dead enemy is a Lost. By default, there is no Morale gain from dead Losts.

Special Enemy Setting
This setting bypasses all the others.

You can fully configure the Morale gain for any specified enemy.

By default, all vanilla bosses have guaranteed chance to restore Morale when killed.
(Chosen, Rulers, Julian)

COMPANION MODS
If you use WotC: Show Will Loss, a flyover notification will appear when you regain Morale.

If you don't use that mod, the Morale System will happen behind the scenes.

COMPATIBILITY
This mod should be compatible with any other mod and can be added/removed mid campaign.

How do I know that this mod is working? I don't have the configuration file in my steam folder.

If you run with the Mod Augmentations there is a chance you need an Augmentation or Gene Mod to get them back out if they get graveky wounded

Love it! All we need is to expand this mod to also restore Will when you score critical hits.

@RealPlayTV and @Stukov81-T.TV : I think we need a mod that causes stat drain (Permanent stat loss) on critical wounds (IE: Wounds that cause a soldier to go on the bleedout timer.).

Just finished a campaign with about 685 mods, this one included, and had no major issues! Thanks for putting this up.

Please, make a mod with a reduction stats (aim, move, dodge) when wounded in battle. Or tell me if there is one already

In my opinion a great mod in combination with things like Will loss per turn or Agoraphobia

Thank you to those who commented about where to find the Will settings. I don't generally mind this system, but when some party members are needing three substitutions just to keep up with normal missions I need to tone down the losses from seeing enemies.
