On professional you can usually bang it out pretty fast as well. Even if it says "responds to people who are alone" go with your whole team with a thermometer. A cold room is the fastest way to detect where the ghost is if it's not giving audio cues. Once you find it, kit the room out with a video camera, sensors, and leave a crucifix on the floor with a notebook and spirit box. ALSO, you can just shut the door to a ghost room with the rest of your team outside, and it will respond because the one left inside is "alone". Much better chance to cross off objectives and snap pics this way!

Funfact: You can see ghost orbs on the cameras BEFORE unlocking the door. It worked for me on the highschool. I could see the orb in the gym.

@Kaedotornado The highschool is a higher level. So once you reach level 5 or higher, you will start seeing the high school more often.

I had a mission in just the regular cabin where we were exploring and without having said a word before hand we found a room with the door open.

It turned out to the be ghosts room. So i have the feeling if you ever find an open room (or even one with the light already one) that its probably the place to investigate.
