They actually do appear in other campaigns, just at set points. The worn skins appear one of the Hard Rain saferooms, the namvet M16 appears on Bill's corpse in the passing, ect.

Those skin does not appear in other campaign outside The Last Stand, this mod simply made them into regular skin mod, which can appear in other campaign.

So, if the skins are supposed to be already in the new update what is the mod supposed to do?
