Opis
Welcome to the second entry in the Splitsville Series. This one is a split level home, unlike the previous split entry, and is based on housing from the Bethel Park suburb of Pittsburgh, PA. This home features brick construction with aluminum siding accent trim, and was built in 1963 featuring 4 bedrooms, and 2 full/1 half baths -perfect for a growing family of Cims.

hey just came to comment what has already been said. I really like your assets but they are to bight and over saturated. just my honest feedback :)

@bungalow man that is alright, the bricks are a tad bright, the color is fine.

generally as a base rule i darken the asset by 40 and desaturate by 20, this is what i use for most assets.

@EvametryE: Thanks for the feedback. I had darkened the texture, but apparently not enough. I will take it further next time. I love your assets, so I trust that you know what you're talking about. The bricks were intended to look orangeish though to match the IRL house, which has almost obnoxiously orange bricks.

you really should desaturate and darken the textures with your texturing program, that way the bricks come out more realistic and the white parts dont hurt your eye's to look at, and the garage door details will be more pronounced.
