I usually pass up your test maps requiring fast movement, but this one didn't involve a lot of running and shooting, so I gave it a try. Success!

Yeah it's a simple test, you just must be fast with the laser.. Observe the mechanism, the goal of this chamber is to gelified the withe angled panel, you have 3 sec for that :) If you are still stucking i can make one demo if you want.

OK, you really got me on this one. I cannot see how to white anglepanel+trigger+unblock paint+white anglepanel because once I trigger, the white anglepanel recepticle is unavailable because the opposing white panel can't be hit. I've thought about trigger + go through to the floor again but the timing is not enough. If there is a simpler solution let me know.
