Player housing allows us to permanently buy a small bachelor suite at the Player Community LV2 complex in Eversun City. Invite our friends, decorate and craft our own furniture! This feature is unlocked at level 20

Speak to the npc City Group Residence located in Eversun City 127:263 to purchase [Private Residence Property] for 100k gold

The starting point is 100k to unlock access to the 1st floor of the house and a few decor slots. This is permanent. There are no weekly fees to keep it active or anything like that. I buy, it's mine! However, paying the mortgage of 900k will unlock the option to purchase a second floor!

The initial payment of the 2nd floor is 200k. With a mortgage of 1.8mil to unlock the option to purchase a third floor!

The initial payment of the 3rd floor is 500k. With a mortgage of 4.5mil to unlock the option to.... purchase a fourth floor (?) -- i ran out of gold so idk what it unlocks LOL

* Each floor unlock increases the decor slots by a small amount.

Once we have purchased a house, we can access it from the status window [ctrl A] and click the [house] button for an instant teleport. We can also visit friends! In the friend list, right-click someone's name and select [visit friend's]. Note that these features function only within Eversun City........

Upon arrival, we'll notice 2 stone statues behind us in the door frame. One of them is an elevator to navigate between floors if we've purchased them -- the other offers a menu for decorating.

Enter decorating mode
by speaking to the stone statue and select [Toggle Designer]. Click the furniture in the inventory to place it within the premise, and click again if we wish to relocate or rotate it. Note that the relocate feature is a bit tedious, so it is best to stand where we want to place the item and then make slight adjustments -- seeing as we cannot conveniently "drag" items.

Hiding items
can be enabled by clicking a furniture and select [Hide]. This can be especially useful when figuring out which item looks best in a specific spot -- helping us housing fanatics get the best design possible! To turn hidden items back on, speak to the stone statue to view a list of currently hidden furniture.

* Bug : When talking to the statue to un-hide items, the system tries to relocate the item where we are standing (beside the statue) which coincidentally happens to be an off limit area for decor -- meaning that our hidden decor cannot be un-hidden and is permanently taking up a decor slot!

Removing furniture
sadly doesn't return the item to our inventory, but destroys it instead. It is best to move it out of the way or "hide it" temporarily if we're just tweaking the layout.

* Friends cannot decorate our house
* By default, we can use only 10 decor pieces. Extra slots can be unlocked with expansions
* Decor cannot be stepped on, sat on, etc
* Decor size is fixed, it cannot be scaled up/down
* Unlocking additional floors increases the default decor slots available
* Decor count is for the entire house, not per floor

Interacting with the stone-statue allows us to change the wall color and floor type! However, only the default one is available for starters. To unlock more, we must purchase them from the furniture npc and then craft it ourselves.

The furniture npc is the same one we talked to to buy the house. Select [Buy Scrolls] to purchase furniture recipes or [Private Residence Items Preview] to see what each item looks like. Note that these recipes are one-time use only; meaning that we will need to buy the corresponding scroll each time we want to make something.

The recipes do not require any "alchemy" level and do not need commoner class to be equipped. Simply get the required materials and double-click the recipe scroll when ready! Furniture is tradable :>

The following furniture was available with the first update:


* Japanese Red Rosewood Hot Tub v1 = this is potentially a mistake (?) The preview feature shows only 1 red version, but in recipes the yellow one is missing. The 20 willow wood for this one is also an odd quantity... very suspicious!

None, as long as we have materials + recipe scroll we can make it

Can I teleport to my or a friend's house anytime anywhere?
No, the option to teleport is only available while we are in Eversun City

Where can I buy expansion scrolls?
Currently, september 25 2020, there are no scrolls available. The TW server has them in the item mall along with more furniture. (They also have special currency drop from VIP subscription areas which can be used to buy from another furniture npc)
