tfdb_temple_big_v3_fix

The same as tfdb_temple_big, but even bigger and now nothing blocks you on the middle of the map!.
Changes made:
1) Moved the rockets spawnpoints *again*.
2) Added new particles on the rockets spawnpoints.
3) Removed "player_clip" on the middle of the map.
4) Replaced skybox. (v3)
5) Increased the size of the map again. (v3)
