Introduction
Since there's a walkthrough here, I decided to make an achievement guide instead. I know that the achievements in this game are either self-explanatory or story related, but I decided to list it anyway to make it clearer.

I'll try compiling a list of the threads that help me to finish the game too in case there's someone who needs it later.

I'm in!
Tunnel into another computer for the first time.


Complete tunneling minigame in any difficulty BESIDES Auto. You can change the difficulty by pressing the button in the bottom-left corner.

Math Zombies?!
Play Undead AfterMath


After you finished Al-Amuq! mission, open Internet Browser. Visit "Port Forward - Sharing is Caring" and click the GET button next to "[ASHL] Undead AfterMath v1.0233". Install and run it. You can freely close the game afterward.

Willow Way
Collect all 4 of Willow Way's poems.


The Genie & The Merchant
Collect every chapter of The Genie & The Merchant.


Wallpaper
Collect all wallpapers.


In order to get these achievements, you need to drag yellow files to the yellow box in the bottom-right corner. There is usually one yellow file and 3 CatCoins in every level except for the last one.

Mystery
There are some areas that I couldn't explore in the game so I'll just leave it here. Feel free to let me know if you know the solution.
  1. Cold Cases folder password in Barnett's PC (The Kidnapping of Katie Suzuhara or Who Killed Cassandra Watkins? mission) The folder is a red herring (thanks Dooms!)
  2. How to solve the second level of the exam in The Dancing Devil mission. BatStevo confirmed that it can't be solved
  3. Emily's B cipher (AMAR ???)

Thanks for the recap on wallpapers! Not sure how I missed NAEXS, but I wasn't keen on revisiting every single address just to get that final achievement.

Also, @aquatorrent: dev confirmed that Dancing Devil page 2 is merely included as a handy reference page, so that you don't have to verbally describe each of the poses (like I did) in your NOTES section. I provided feedback that the fact the page cannot be "solved" is unclear, which he acknowledged.

Also you aren't meant to solve the 2nd level of the exam. You're not trying to become a junior mage...

I assume that the B cipher, as it isn't used in the password, is either a red herring, or a person from Emily's life we never hear about due to a very small amount of data. The intentional password omission implies the former.

@gfcjyb: i'm actually wondering if reaching the page 3 is possible, hahah. As for the third one, i know the password, but since i deciphered everything except that one, i'm interested to know the solution for that line too :)

Mystery2: I don't think we need to pass the exams all the way, we just need to get the cipher of all symbols; Mystery3: In my playthrough I was not requested for B line, but the XXXXG.GXXXX line, however you should know what the pswd is after you get most of the letters ?NOWFL?KE

Nice guide! To answer one of your mystery questions:

According to the dev there's nothing in the folder and no way to access it, it's just a red herring.
