I Have no idea why these aren't listed anywhere, but just in case someone else plays this game, it might spare them some frustration.

Standard controls:
WASD -- Move
OKL; -- YXAB (on the controller) respectively
IP -- Left and right shoulder buttons respectively
0 (zero) -- Select button (used to submit and exit certain menus)
NUMPAD 2468 -- camera controls
NUMPAD 5 -- camera center
