Заходим в стим и наводим мышью на раздел "библиотека" ,и нажимаем на "домашняя страница"

Затем наводим мышью на игру Counter-strike:global offensive, нажимаем правой кнопкой мыши по названию , наводим на управление и выбираем пункт "удалить с устройства"
♂THREE HUNDRED BUCKS♂
В появившемся окне выбираем "Удалить"
