West Side Market

The West Side Market was begun operations in 1840, which makes it the longerst operating market (indoor, or outdoor) in Cleveland. This particular building was constructed in 1912 by Hubbell & Benes, known for many works around Ohio, including the Ohio Telephone Building (which was the tallest building in Cleveland for a single year). Although it looks like a train station, it has always been used as a marketplace, including to this day.

It is located on the western side of Cleveland on West 25th and Lorain Avenue. Due to its importance in Cleveland, and Ohio, it was added to the National Registry of Historic Places in 1973, the first year that any building in Cleveland was added.

This is a pack of two seperate buildings, the market, and a single market stall. The images contain 3 stall, put together to resemble how it is in Cleveland currently.
