"Today am bringing you a 3D fan art Illustration i have been working on for about 2 weeks and is finally finished.

We see in this picture a driver who were driving in a drunk state and was armed and is now about to be arrested.

Unfortunately not, I have been a little busy modding other games over the years but I am thinking of making a comeback as I have a few still in work-in-progress, I just need to find the time to get into it again.

I miss the old map. The new map is cool but feels more deserted because all the buildings have black windows and no one goes in or out of them. The city is WAY too easy to get lost in because there are so many streets you can barely tell one from another on the map.
