This is a port of Apartments from RO2.

Slums Changelog V2
-Removed all weapon pickups
-Removed most emplaced MGs, 3 remaining.
-Removed barbwire under the bridges of A and B.
-Obj A and B now lock, previously were simultaneous caps.
-Obj A captime now 20 seconds, previously 25.
-Obj B captime now 20 seconds, previously 25.
-Increased VC AA to 180 seconds, previously 125.

Map plays fine, I suggest trying a couple more play throughs. it plays near exactly on how Apartments was set up in RO2. I think you've just had bad teams, which can happen, especially when playing VC.

Pro: I really like the different paths as well as the half destroyed buildings providing line of sight but not necessarily a linear way towards them.
Con: I believe the idea is that the defenders can easily recapture a lost point. However with the current pace on this map the defenders seem to be on a huge disadvantage. In my opinion map size and spawing points need some rework.
