In order to be the Spy, you have to dress the part.

Make sure to have your color as Blue (not cyan/light clue). If someone else in the lobby has the Blue color then your look has been destroyed.

For your hat, you will want to choose the blueish purple (not quite indigo) item right here.

Skin

For your skin, choose the black suit. It's not blue, but it's a lighter black, so in combination with the Blue of the body and mask the difference becomes less noticeable.
