W - zoom in
S - zoom out
A - rotate model left
D - rotate model right
R - elevate up
F - elevate down
SHIFT (+ MOUSE) - free look
F1 - controls help screen
ESC - quit menu
Mouse Controls
LEFT MOUSE BUTTON - hold for 2 seconds to shoot (when pleasure meter is full)
RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON - hold and move the mouse when the 'D' is active to interact with models

The mouse is non functioning. I am unable to click on the initial startup window to enter the game. I have pressed every key on my keyboard, and aside from moving the camera up/down/forward/backward, I am unable to interact with the menu or UI in any way. Help?
