Saw - go through wood and wired wood walls (2 needed to cut a path, otherwise you're inside a wall)

Crowbar - Can kill dogs/family, as well as break powered doors. (Pretty useful, but pricey at over 2k.)

Cutting Torch - a saw for steel walls

Gun - one shot, one kill (try not to shoot the family, you monster)

Brick - Can be thrown into a door to open it. Kill a chiuaua or cat from a distance. Also bricks break windows from a distance. Flip a floor switch from a distance as well (I have yet to find a use for this).

Club - kill a Pitbull or a family member

Doorstop - stops an automatic door from closing

Wire cutters - cuts 1 wire

Explosives - blows through any wall (essentially deletes the wall)

Drugged Meat - puts an animal to sleep, but walking across the pitbull will kill you.

Water - Short an active electric floor tile or a power source.

Ladder - Create a bridge between to walls one space one space apart. Able to then walk over that floor space in safety (e.g. cross over 1 active electrical floor panel)
