Exit Steam.

step 2

Click the Windows start button and select control Panel or press the Win + R keyboard shortcut. In the window that opens, under the name "Run", enter the word control and click "OK".

Open the Add or Remove Programs dialog.

Select Steam from the list and click the Change/Remove button.

Select the Automatic option and click Next.

Click Finish to uninstall Steam.
