Penninckshoek, Deventer

The Penninckshoek from the Brink square in Deventer, Overijssel, The Netherlands. The facade was built in 1583 by Herman Penninck as a residence. During the 17h century the building became the property of a wealthy Catholic family who converted the building into a clandistine church. In 1891 the building was purchased by the Mennonite community who renovated and expanded the building by adding a church hall behind the building. Currently however, the front building no longer functions as an entrance to the Mennonite Church but functions as an office building.

In the game the model has been slightly customized so it can be placed as a gate to an alley. It is a 2x3 level 2 office asset. The asset is also an inner corner with a 110 degrees corner. Building Anarchy, Road Anarchy, Move It! and Plop the Growables are highly recommended.
