Collect a Data Log

Just blow up the barrel located in a specific Level and collect the disk inside. This also implies to any disk collected the first time over another disk, so even if it's not Entry 01 collected, for example, it is still the first Data Log collected overall.

(Please go to The Truth for Data Log Level locations.)
Twinkle Twinkle..

Earn 3 Star ranking in any level

A Star rank is based on how high your score is by the end of a Level, thus the higher the score by the end, the better the Star rank. Level 1 on Easy/Normal is a near guarantee on obtaining a 3 Star rank especially in pursuit of the Catch of the Day trochievement.
Catch of the Day

Short answer: Kill every fishbot in a Level. It's also a straight-forward method to obtaining a 3 Star rank for the Twinkle Twinkle.. trochievement.

Long Answer: Select a Level that you're familiar with (or just select Level 1 on Easy) and kill every fishbot before they reach the other side of the screen. This includes any environment-based fishbot spawns depending on the non-"Level 1" selected. Shoot them all down with spare homing fire or just ram into them if you have the shield strength to do so, yet only do the latter as a last resort and your ship's shield is upgraded enough to take the hit. The ship-ramming "one-shot" method applies to any fishbots on-screen, however it's more efficient to just shoot your main fire and use the homing fire to take down environment-based fishbot spawns and any remaining fishbots that have passed your ship on-screen. There's also the chance to obtain this trochievement alongside Twinkle Twinkle.. if you haven't obtained that trochievement yet.

(Please go to Fish are Friends.. for the antithesis guide to Catch of the Day.)
Complete Zone 1

Complete Star Ranking for Zone 1

While the trochievement is named for beating the Zone it corresponds with, it's all about obtaining five 3 Star ranks. Just killing every fishbot on-screen is a guarantee 3 Star rank.

(This also implies to the Complete Zone 2, Complete Zone 3, Complete Zone 4, and Complete Zone 5 trochievements as well in terms of Zone completion. Please go to Unstopable for Zone completion on Hard.)
Scrooge

Amass 10k in coins

Short answer: Replay Level 10 to completion up to 10 times in a row on Easy, obtaining 1050 coins per completion.

Long Answer: With coins being the only currency to buy material crates and other ships, it's almost tempting to keep spending on the formal to upgrade your current ship to max (thus obtaining the Tricked Out trochievement in the process). However, if you've been playing Levels without spending anything, this trochievement would be obtained after completing the last Level needed to amass 10k. However, if you want to just focus on this trochievement (especially after obtaining the Tricked Out trochievement and/or working towards the Full Garage trochievement) and you've unlocked Zone 3, head back to Level 10 and replay that Level to completion up to 10 times on Easy depending on how many coins you still haven't spent yet. The most coins you'd get from said Level is 1050 per completion.
Complete Zone 2

Complete Star Ranking for Zone 2

While the trochievement is named for beating the Zone it corresponds with, it's all about obtaining five 3 Star ranks. Just killing every fishbot on-screen is a guarantee 3 Star rank.

(This also implies to the Complete Zone 1, Complete Zone 3, Complete Zone 4, and Complete Zone 5 trochievements as well in terms of Zone completion. Please go to Unstopable for Zone completion on Hard.)
Tricked Out

Upgrade a Ship to Max Stats

Short answer: Upgrade your Alpha ship to Max Stats as it reaches its max level.

Long Answer: This is the only trochievement geared towards any ship specifically. As you obtain materials by completing Levels and buying crates, you can upgrade a ship's attack, speed, and/or shield with specific material combinations. If you are missing certain materials you can try your luck at completing a specific Level or by buying their corresponding crate, both with the luck that said specific materials would be obtained this time.

In case you're wondering which materials could be obtained by their corresponding crate:

Recycle (200 coins) = 1 Star material(s)
Supply (300 coins) = 2 Star material(s)
Tech (500 coins) = 3 Star material(s)
Fuel (50 coins) = 5 Fuel Cells

While Level completions vary in which Star/Fuel material combinations are obtained alongside the coin total, only the crates hand out just their corresponding Star material(s) even if the amount of material is still random. When you do run short on a specific material for an unlocked upgrade, just look at said material's Star and head to the shop to buy the corresponding crate. Otherwise, replay Levels to earn more coins/materials and repeat-buy crates until you can upgrade.

The quickest ship to upgrade to Max Stats is Alpha, your starting ship, as most of the materials can be obtained level-wise before Level 11/Zone 3 in particular. However, just use the Levels before Zone 3 to gain more coins/materials to buy specific crates as they're more reliable/quicker to gain the material that you're trying to obtain specifically. Also, certain upgrades can only be done after the ship has reached levels 2, 4, 6, and 8, so you will have to replay Levels to both gather more materials and to level up Alpha to unlock more upgrades.
Complete Zone 3

Complete Star Ranking for Zone 3

While the trochievement is named for beating the Zone it corresponds with, it's all about obtaining five 3 Star ranks. Just killing every fishbot on-screen is a guarantee 3 Star rank.

(This also implies to the Complete Zone 1, Complete Zone 2, Complete Zone 4, and Complete Zone 5 trochievements as well in terms of Zone completion. Please go to Unstopable for Zone completion on Hard.)
Full Garage

Purchase All Ships

Short answer: Spend 24K coins in total on every ship, equaling the Scrooge trochievement requirement on the Gamma ship purchase alone.

Long Answer: There are a total of 5 ships to purchase with two ships with better base-level stats than your starting ship and three other ships that act as bonus skins to whichever ship you equip at Base.

  • Beta - 5K
  • Gamma - 10K
  • Masaraft - 3K
  • Argo - 3K
  • Triton - 3K

While you can wait and buy each ship one at a time, if you don't mind "consistent" repetition you can always replay Zone 2/Level 10 over 20 times to completion on Easy, for example, just to amass the coins needed to buy every ship outright and even obtain the Scrooge trochievement if you haven't yet. After you buy your last ship, if a minute passes before the trochievement is obtained, head to the Base and equip a different ship.
Complete Zone 4

Complete Star Ranking for Zone 4

While the trochievement is named for beating the Zone it corresponds with, it's all about obtaining five 3 Star ranks. Just killing every fishbot on-screen is a guarantee 3 Star rank.

(This also implies to the Complete Zone 1, Complete Zone 2, Complete Zone 3, and Complete Zone 5 trochievements as well in terms of Zone completion. Please go to Unstopable for Zone completion on Hard.)
Made it!

Unlock all levels in easy or normal mode

After beating Level 74 in Zone 5 on Easy or Normal mode, the final Level will be unlocked.

(This method also applies to the trochievement Robo-Sushi for Hard mode.)
The Truth

Collect all Data Logs

There are 10 Data Logs in total with each one within a barrel that after you blow up reveals a disk to then pick up. There are two located within each Zone divided by two different Levels within said Zone. Only by picking up the disk the first time within the Level and completing said Level does it count as collecting a Data Log to then look at under the Data Log [Disk] menu.

While it's obvious within a Level that a Data Log is obtainable or not, their Level locations for specific Data Logs are as follows:

  • Entry 01 - Level 2
  • Entry 02 - Level 5
  • Entry 03 - Level 8
  • Entry 04 - Level 10
  • Entry 05 - Level 11
  • Entry 06 - Level 15
  • Entry 07 - Level 17
  • Entry 08 - Level 20
  • Entry 09 - Level 23
  • Entry 10 - Level 25

Once you enter their Level, reach up to when the barrel appears, use your secondary fire to blow it up quicker, and then obtain the disk before just completing the rest of the Level without dying.
Complete Zone 5

Complete Star Ranking for Zone 5

While the trochievement is named for beating the Zone it corresponds with, it's all about obtaining five 3 Star ranks. Just killing every fishbot on-screen is a guarantee 3 Star rank.

(This also implies to the Complete Zone 1, Complete Zone 2, Complete Zone 3, and Complete Zone 4 trochievements as well in terms of Zone completion. Please go to Unstopable for Zone completion on Hard.)
The End

After completing Level 75 in Zone 5, a final Level called Giga Corp will unlock. Beat that level with a 3 Star rank and see the final part of the game on Easy/Normal mode alongside unlocking Hard mode the first time.

(This method also applies to the The End (Hard) trochievement.)
Fish are Friends..

Short answer: Do not kill a single fishbot while completing a Level.

Long Answer: Select a non-boss Level that you're familiar with (or just select Level 1 on Easy) and do not kill a single fishbot as you complete said Level. This includes any environment-based fishbot spawns depending on the non-"Level 1" selected. Avoid any accidental "one-shot" ship-rammings as they still count as a kill within the Level. If you do mess up on the Level you've chosen to beat for this particular trochievement (or the game glitches by locking your ship and a quick pause/unpause does not make the Level completion screen appear), just restart the Level and try again.

(Please go to Catch of the Day for the antithesis guide to Fish are Friends...)
Robo-Sushi

Unlock all levels in Hard mode

After beating Level 74 in Zone 5 on Hard mode, the final Level will be unlocked.

(This method also applies to the trochievement Made it! for Easy/Normal mode.)
The End (Hard)

After completing Level 75 in Zone 5, a final Level called Giga Corp will unlock. Beat that level with a 3 Star rank to see the final part of the game on Hard mode.

(This method also applies to the The End trochievement.)
Unstopable

Achieve full Star Rating in all zones in Hard mode

Once Hard mode is unlock, you will have to re-beat all 75 Levels on said Hard mode. While it's fairly straight-forward, just like during Easy/Normal mode, only by beating the previous Level does the next Level unlock all the way to Level 75. However, akin to a New Game Plus, you can enter each unlocked Level with your upgraded ships.

With all that said, the main difference between Hard, Normal, and Easy mode is the amount of hits your ship can take after its shields are down. While Easy gave your ship 5 hits and Normal gave you 3, Hard only gives you 1. If you've grown accustomed to various Levels on Normal mode to sustain any hits outside of shield hits, then Hard mode will more or less be trochievement clean up akin to also obtaining the Robo-Sushi and Thankfully this is a Game trochievements with the latter as an example.

If you still seem to struggle to get past a 2 Star rank this time around and your secondary fire is the homing fire, for example, switch to the bomb fire on your Gamma ship to clear more on-screen fishbots as well as to then focus more on dodging any potential hits from fishbot fire and other screen hazards while holding your main fire button.
Thankfully this is a Game

Die 100 times

With the game encouraging the method of dying-then-upgrade/switch-ship-then-replay-repeat and with each Level increasing said chances of dying, by the time you're striving to obtain the Robo-Sushi, The End (Hard), and Unstopable trochievements, you'd probably would be close to or have obtained this trochievement already semi-naturally.

However, if this is really your last trochievement to obtain and/or you just want to get this trochievement over with, just pick any Level you're more than okay to replay after dying (on Hard mode if unlocked) and ship-ram into fishbots and their attacks to deplete your ship's shield/health to death until the trochievement is obtained.
Editor's Notes
  • The trochievements listed are mostly in order of global completion rate at the time of starting this trochievement guide. Only a few were moved from their initial listing to either break up other trochievement monotony and/or as potential lead-up to other trochievements within this guide.
  • Honestly, outside of one of the three hidden trochievements, most of these trochievements are fairly straight-forward even by just playing the game outright...
  • I actually completed this trochievement guide before beating the game on Easy/Normal mode, yet I still waited to confirm certain specifications before the initial publish...
  • I mostly made this guide for my own amusement (hence the phrase "trochievement(s)" throughout this guide) as well as to better my guide-making skills formatting-wise~
