do whereis "materials/decals/concrete/shot1.vtf" or whereis "materials/decals/concrete/shot1.vmt" in the console to see what could be doing that
Something is wrong with my ballistics in terms of my current modset. Guns cause an insane frame rate drop. Thinking of maybe turning off dlib's motion blur, maybe some other things like DOF and shell smoke etc? So far TFA's options did not help that much... experimentation required.
