Kinda tricky indeed; because in the tail end you see portalable surface is not extended high enough but there is another way to solve it. if you cannot Batmobile after portal because there is no ground, how about Batmobile it before entering portal? Although that does make significant portion of test Red Herring, that not withstanding, it is a good puzzle..
