Artifacts Overhual

Popis
Overhauls the artifacts rewards, gaurantees that non-satellite expeditions grant artifacts while there are still any to grant, and removes artifact spawns from Resource Pods and Alien Nests.

Also allows Sunken Vehicles to spawn OId Earth Artifacts with text changed to match: every expedition type other than Satellites spawns an artifact.

Artifact bonuses vary wildly from extremely useful to practically useless, and with this mod I'm hoping to create more interesting trade-offs and fun rewards for different play-styles.

I think the old format of Buildings for Old Earth artifact, Unit Perks for Aliens, Wonders for Progenitors, and Miscellaneous Perks for Mixed was needlessly limiting, so I abandoned it for this overhaul.

+50% yields from all Trade Routes.

Unchanged. Works 2 more tiles than a City has Citizens.

Now a Perk, one-time free virtue. +15 Diplomatic Capital in the Capital and +15% Capital in all cities. Inherits the Quantum Politics now +15% virtue acquisition buff.

Frontier Stadium

Provides +5 Diplomatic Capital and a free Soldier. Remove the city defense buff, keep the experience - though it doesn't apply to the free Soldier. Meant to make military build-up more economical.

Terran Cafe

+3 Food, +3 Culture, -3 Energy. Cheap 20 Production cost (Old Earth Relic is 40) but the luxury requires high maintenance.

Pan-Spectral Observatory

Now also gives +3 Science, lowered cost to 40 for half of Laboratory's while equaling its potential quest Science yield.

Have you updated the mod? I unfortunately had some bugs when I first posted it.

Resource Pods and Alien Nests will not give artifacts with this mod, but every expedition other than Satellites should.
