AoC Feat Point Rebalance

A simple mod to adjust the feat point progression in Age of Calamitous so that early-mid game isn't a constant struggle involving numerous yellow lotus potions or a large clan to get all of the Conan Exiles basic feats for tools and crafting stations (especially around key levels like 35, 45, 51, etc.)

New progression now more closely resembles the feat point progression of the original game, ramping up as you approach 60, but then trickling off again afterwards as fewer and fewer new recipes become available.

Characters will now pass the base game's maximum feat points around level 67 instead of *91*

Total feat points at 120 are unchanged.
