Opis
(i did not originally make this)

Fixed the material defaulting after protection expires and edited a few things

sv_spawnprotect_enabled (default: 1)
sv_spawnprotect_duration (default: 5 | was 3)
sv_spawnprotect_material (default: models/wireframe | was models/alyx/emptool_glow)
[new] sv_spawnprotect_material_enabled (default: 1)
[new] sv_spawnprotect_allow_damaging (default: 1)

Changed the icon because apparently having relation to furries is more important than the addon's functionality.
