The Most Important Part: a subtle Jump Mechanic detail
After becoming [2], if you walk off an edge, you don't lose a jump. Ever. This is not just a coyote-jump mechanic, you're just allowed to jump in the air one extra time.

If you are a [2] and you walk off a cliff, most people will intuitively think you can only jump 1 time in the air, but that's wrong. In this game, you can just jump in the air twice.

If you are a [5] and you walk off, you can jump 5 times in the air. If you jump from ground, you used 1 jump, so you can jump 4 times in the air.

(If you are [1], you cannot middle jump once. It's only true after becoming [2].)
----------------------------------

Now knowing this, let's say you want to cross as far a distance as possible over a gap. How do you do this? Whether you need to go a bit up, or slightly down, what you generally wanna do is to equalize the falling speed you have on each moment you press jump. This maximizes the amount of time you can stay in the air, letting you move horizontally as far as possible.

If you don't get it, don't worry. Honestly, most of you will probably understand through intuition.

Why am I talking about all this? Well...

Good luck!

----------------------------------

One last thing, this isn't about jumping, but your 7 lives are going to count. There are hidden purple or pink blocks that are hidden in tricky places. If you touch one, they make a weird sound and give you up to 7 lives. Try to get these so you can sustain your progress, or keep yourself from getting game over. They can be very helpful after a very difficult gauntlet, if there is no save point after it. They can function basically like save points of their own. But you have to find these yourself.

I'll give you one for free. See the image above? Do you see where there might be hidden lives?
Hint: It's all the way to the right.

If you die once or twice right after a save point, just game over yourself and restart from the save point with all 7 lives. Minimal progress loss, no big deal.
The Battle Plan
To organize a general plan get all achievements as fast as possible, I'm going to sort these achievements by the order you should get them to minimize backtracking. As the game progresses, you go from being able to jump 0 times to 7 times. Some achievements in early levels need a lot of jumps to reach, so you have to go back to get them.

In summary, start your first playthrough by getting all achievements in Stage 3, 5 and 7.

Once you get your last [+1] in Stage 7 and become the [7], exit out to get the hub's achievement, and Stage 1, 2, 4's achievements.

Now enter Stage 7 again and go all the way to beating the game.

Alright! So what are the achievements?
Stage 3: Singing in the Rain
Hint: You'll have to wait a bit. Don't worry, it'll be quick to get.
This is the easiest achievement, and if you miss it, you can get it ANY time you're at the hub. Don't worry about missing this one.

Solution: In the first screen of Stage 3, wait in the rain and grab the hat from the overflowing garbage can.

-------------------------------

A note on the stage itself, there are so many speedrun shortcuts that I can't list them all. They are fun to find on your own, so look for them! It'll also save you a lot of frustration. (Finding hidden lives will also save you a lot of frustration)

Here's a maze map I made just for fun. I believe this is the faster speedrun route, but I'm not 100% sure.
Stage 5: Snowplow & Cold Turkey
Snowplow: This was so easy that I don't even know the exact criteria how to get it. Just clear some snow until you get it. I suspect it's unavoidable.

Cold Turkey:

Hint 1: It's in the 5th screen.

Hint 2: It's in the topleft.

Hint 3: Go through the left hole on the top of the screen, and go left.
Stage 7: 110 Off
There nothing to think about here, so much that I can't really think of any good hints for this. I honestly suggest just looking at the answer.

Hint 1: 110 Off means you were 110 points off from the desired score.

Hint 2: You may realize that the gimmick of Stage 7 is to get cards with numbers such that they add up to 21 on the topleft UI.

And then you will come across a room with literally 20 cards.

Answer: Just grab every card! It adds up to 21+110=131.

-------------------------

Now once you get your [+1], pause and select "Exit to Hub". If we beat the boss now, we'll have to beat it all over again. It's faster to come back later.
The Hub: Ithaca
Now you have 7 jumps. At the hub, there is somewhere new you can reach now. Somewhere you couldn't before. No, it's not Stage 7. You were able to reach that with 6 jumps. What can you reach only with 7 jumps?

Hint: Where was the very beginning of the game?

It's to the left.

This achievement is kinda cute. I like it most. But what is "Ithaca" in reference to... Hmm...

After getting the achievement, save the game.
Stage 1 Revisit: In Plain Sight
It's simply in the first screen of the stage. It's a very fun secret. This is so easy to find that I won't bother to grab a screen cap.

But if you are having trouble, search for a Chinese Steam guide and you may find the screen cap you desire, right there.

After getting the achievement, SAVE THE GAME.
Stage 2 Revisit: A Final Request
In one of the screens, the girls asks where "Two" is. You could come back to her as [2]. But what if you already evolved past [2] and, following this guide, already reached [7]! Well I guess the devs didn't want us to get locked out of 100%ing the game, so what's "close enough to [2]? [7].

And this is why we waited to become [7] before tackling this achievement. You do the entire stage a 2nd time to get this, and the 5 extra jumps really help out making this much bearable.

For example, look at this neat skip I found!

Yes, you can just jump over the whole wall and skip the first half of the screen's puzzle!

Anyway, once you reach this screen, she reciprocates your feelings or smth. idk. Close enough. lol

After getting the achievement, SAVE THE GAME.
Stage 4 Revisit: A New Switch
Hint: It's in the 2nd screen of the stage.

Hint 2: It's pretty big and noticeable.

Answer:

After getting the achievement, SAVE THE GAME.
The Final Battle!: Super Player & 100%
You have 8 achievements! Now replay Stage 7.

Save and go back to the menu using F2. Do you see 6 "medals" on your own save file? You better, or I will sternly ask you not to proceed. Get any medals you are missing. It doesn't matter even if you have the steam achievements. These 6 medals are IMPORTANT to getting the final achievement and I told you to SAVE THE GAME!! AAAAHHH!!!

Okay, do you have the 6 medals? Now replay Stage 7.

Okay, done with Stage 7? You get shot by (9) with an undodgeable purple lightning thingy. Good. You're at the final stretch now. It is VERY important you search for lives here. This is a very long save so don't die or you WILL start all the way over. However, if you do die, you can get ALL 7 of your lives back somewhere in the middle of this gauntlet. There are also a couple shortcuts, so try exploring a bit the first time.

As for the boss, nothing about it is random. It's all pattern. You could watch a video of it and learn how to beat the whole thing. I mean... I didn't say it's easy, though.

Anyway, once you beat the boss, following this guide, you will get both achievements at the same time!

(If not? Did you only get 1 of the 2 achievements? Well, I heard a few suggestions: Check if the red flags at the hub have turned yellow. If not, they need to be yellow. idk how. If they ARE yellow? Go beat the boss again. You should get it this time, I hope...)

---------------------------

About now, I should recommend you check out a speedrun.
https://www.speedrun.com/7/
There's only 1 person running it right now, so you should consider trying to get a WR for yourself.
But it's also a great guide where my text guide may be limited in helping you, so go check it out!

Hi, I have a question about game seven. I don't get the “110 Off” card, I got the achievement but I don't get the card. If you do not mind, could you explain how to get it. I collect 20 cards on screen 5, and the door does not open, do I have to die or what?

oh hey, I was considering doing pretty much this a long while back as I recall some chinese stuff looking like one, glad there was actually one made since! odds are I'll never come back to do that, but it's interesting to see, don't think I ever fully recorded any of my runs of the game as it was mixed OBS and geforce replays, but hopefully more people decide to play!
