Ok this is how to be a likable admin

Step 1: only play on this one server
Playing on this one server you want to be admin on will give you trust for them to accept your admin application.

Step 2: how to be a good admin
If someone rdmed, bring them to a sit and disregard anything they have to say then kick them.
Jail people who you think broke the rules and make sure they read the rules.

Step 3: How to stop mingers
If someone is having fun by insulting you or others, kick them or bring them to a sit and jail them for an absurd amount of time because they don't want to be serious in star wars rp.

If you were T-mod, you won't be anymore, you will now run the server and you will be able to stop any jokes and any rdm that comes on. Have fun!
