All you need is a text editor and the PlayerSettings.txt.

open the PlayerSettings.txt and then find GotCloth field. it should be under the ShowDLC1.

once found replace it with "GotCloth;1,123,124,125,126,127,128,129,130,131,132,133,134,135,136,155,198,227,144,194,148,171,175,138,182,165,180,233,225,236,217,203,192,201,205,188,195,218,197,154,156,157,196,158,159,226,228,229,230,231,232,141,142,143,145,219,220,221,222,223,224,146,147,149,150,151,152,153,189,190,191,202,187,174,199,200,166,167,168,169,170,172,173,207,208,209,210,211,212,213,214,215,216,176,177,204,139,140,178,179,206,193,181,183,184,185,186,234,235,237,161,162,163,164" once done save the txt file and your good to go no need for grinding or cheat engine. this also works for the club mode.

how i found this is from editing my custom characters text file and found what they were using so i could get the correct color and buying all the hair in the shop helped. hope this helps you.
