The "SUPER EXCITING!!" achievement is given for getting the highest score on the 'Trick Darts' machine-- a Triple 20 which nets 60 points. It is rarer than the bullseye and it's all luck on how quickly you may get it.

If you got it on the Xbox or through Windows 10, it does not copy over to Steam. You do need to redo it.

Regardless, you don't need to play the darts in your own room and can use someone else's if they have it set up to save yourself some FUN Points or putting out an item you don't necessarily care for as there's only so much space in a room.
