Tested and working for 2.8.*

Doesn't seem necessary for 2.8.1, tested and scrolling appears to work now. Keeping this mod up just for continuity.

For some reason it looks like the Paradox Launcher is having a problem with refreshing mod descriptor files. Thanks to comments for some troubleshooting steps:

• Start the Paradox Launcher
  
• Delete this mod from your playset, save changes
  
• Close the Paradox launcher
  
• Unsubscribe from this mod
  
• Resubscribe and setup your playset

This seems to fix whatever bug is in the launcher. I know, *shocker* the Paradox Launcher has a new bug...

This is a simple tweak to the mod Astronomical Emblem Pack at https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1302897684 to limit the number of flags per category.

I had an issue scrolling within the panel to see all emblems/flags when using the vanilla UI. So I simply edited the original mod to limit each group to 24 (this is the maximum number of visible emblems in the default UI). Any overflows were added to another page (e.g. Games 2, Games 3, Games 4, etc.).

• MAKE SURE TO DELETE/DISABLE THE OLD MOD
  
• Subscribe and ensure this mod is downloaded
  
• Check that the mod is enabled in the Paradox Launcher (should be by default)

The only change to the original categories was I created a "Roman" category - this was a personal tweak, I use these the most and didn't like constantly having to swap between Historic 2 and 3 for different flags.

For languages other than English: I simply used Google translate for the word "Roman." If you find issues with your language just post the correct term and I'll update it.
