Managing multiple versions of a map (like having to patch bugs or exploits), especially older versions that are essentially deprecated (like I've had to do with Cliffside Old since the release of Cliffside 2.0), is an annoying task and not something I want to spend time doing.
I also dislike the idea of joining a lobby and having to play a version of a map that's outdated and has multiple unintended strategies that have been patched/adjusted in a newer version.
99% of the feedback I've read and heard from people I've talked to believe this newer version of Saloon is a direct upgrade in every way and I don't want people to endure rounds on a downgraded variant of the map.
I could easily upload Christmas Saloon separately but as of right now I only bring it around in December.
