Beskrivning
Beer kiosk (Pivnaya) - is a fairly common way of distributing beer in the Soviet Union. A small house, often of a temporary, made of boards or metal, was installed in places where the masses of people, especially the proletariat, were concentrated in order to supply the population with this low-alcohol drink. The ease of maintenance, which did not provide for any internal premises for visiting and the small number of staff made it possible to solve this issue as economically as possible.

Минимум 3 рабочих, чел. Почему в гайдах по моддингу не пишут об этом?

Проблема с зданиями где только 1 рабочий это то что они очень часто не работают из за отсутствия рабочих. Это такой "баг" в игре, вызваный наличием 3 смен и отсутствием рабочего расписания. Рекомендую увеличить число рабочих до 3, тогда там всегда будет 1-2 человека (очень редко 3, почти никогда, большинство временю будет только 1)
