[ES] Multi-Species Survival Pack

Characters start a new game with an orange Hardsuit Backpack nearby containing a range of survival supplies (CO2/N2O Filters, O2 Canister, H2 Canister, 1x Water Bottle, 2x Cereal Bars, 1x Battery Cell (Large), Space Helmet, EVA Suit, Portable Solar Panel and a Medical Pill). Especially useful for a 'Bare Bones' start, without being overpowered.
Also includes a bonus ‘Incident’, which allows players to trigger the orbital drop of a similar backpack.
Works for 'Default', 'Minimal', 'Vulcan', Venus' and 'Bare Bones' start conditions, plus any [ES] 'Lander' or 'Rover' starts (current or upcoming).

UPDATE: Now works for multiple Start Conditions!
COMPATIBILITY: This Mod will only function fully on starting New Game. It may have compatability issues with:
- any other Mods that alter the Hardsuit backpack item or any of the other items contained in it; and,
- any that Mods significantly alter the Incidents system.
NOTE: As with most Stationeers Mods, this Mod should be listed above the 'Core' within the in-game Workshop.
KNOWN ISSUES: The Battery Cells in the Incident version of the Supply Pack arrive uncharged (I have not yet figured out how to change this)
