Do you have the RICO Revisited mod? If not, subscribe to that mod and enable it in the content manager. Load your city. You should have a new button on the bottom right. Click it, and click the office buildings tab. It should be there. If it is not, you might need to enable it for being ploppable in the settings in the RICO panel.

how do you access this asset to plop it? im new to the game and cannot find any of your assets on my toolbar to plop.
