'Fat Bambi' Helicopter Water Bucket (P&P)

Usage note
due to connector physics, this bucket will cause the heli carrying it to bounce up and down when full. It's perfectly controllable, just uncomfortable to walk around inside, it's due to the way the different grids pull on each other through the cable (I think it's slightly elastic) I'm still looking for a way to smooth it out, but in any case, it's just a minor annoyance.

- Anti-collision lights

Plug & Play functionality:
Will immediately work with any helicopter equipped with a 2x2 monitor, whose:
- composite output is linked to the connector (must be electrical)
- video input is received from the connector.
Must also give the connector power for anti-collision lights to work
