Opening the Console

This is probably the easiest step.
What you need to do is first hit Play to enter the game. Then Press + on your numpad (number pad) to open the console. You'll see a lot of debug information, but that's normal and can be ignored.

Using console commands

Okay, assuming that you're in the console now, you'll want to click on the text box at the bottom of the console. Now, type in the command "SkipLevel" (without quotations). This will skip the level that you're currently on.
