The AI's style of play is determined to a certain extent, so if you play with countermeasures, you'll have a better chance of winning.

The AI will put off collecting foods. Therefore, the AI usually has hungry cats in both winning and losing games. So, a player can take advantage of that weakness. Each hungry cats has a penalty of -2 points per cats. On the other hand, no matter how much extra foods you have, the one with more will only receive -2 points penalty. It's a devilish tactic, but let's collect more and more foods and create a situation where the AI has a large number of hungry poor cats.

AIは餌の収集を後回しにします。その為、AIは勝ったゲームでも負けたゲームでも大抵は空腹な猫を抱えています。つまり、プレイヤーはその弱点をつけば良いわけです。空腹な猫は1匹につき-2点のペナルティがあります。一方で餌はどれだけ余らせても、より多い方が-2点のペナルティを受けるだけです。鬼畜な戦術ですが、餌をどんどん集めてAIが空腹な可哀想な猫を大量に抱える状況を作りましょう。

The AI's priority instead is to secure catnip.
Indeed, securing 4 catnip is very large, as there is a bonus of 2 points per full cats if you secure 4 of them.
However, since the AI prioritizes securing catnip anyway, there is little the player can do to fulfill they.
On the other hand, the bonus of 1 point per full cats remains the same whether you have 2 or 3 catnip.
Therefore, play with the goal of securing 2.

AIが替わりに優先するのはマタタビの確保です。
確かにマタタビは4つ確保すれば満腹な猫1匹につき2点のボーナスがあるので非常に大きい。
しかし、AIがとにかくマタタビの確保を優先するので、プレイヤーがそれを果たす事は殆どできません。
一方でマタタビは2つでも3つでも満腹な猫1匹につき1点のボーナスは変わらない。
その為、2つの確保を目標にプレイしましょう。

By limiting the number of cat cards the player collects to a minimum, the AI will collect the poor cats that don't get the food they need. 1 or 2 lost cats for for a total of around 6 or 7 is the approximate number of cat cards the player should collect.

プレイヤーが取る猫カードを最低限に絞る事で、必要な餌をもらえない可哀想な猫達がAIの元に集まるようになります。迷い猫1,2匹で合計6,7匹前後がプレイヤーの確保する猫の目安です。
