Well yes and no, it uses original model from World at War/Black Ops 1, then I did the necessities to fill out the viewmodel fully so its not half done weapon like old viewmodels used to be, then I bound the bones to the lever to allow reload mimicry with few first person class mods made by people such as papyrus. So essentially answer is yes and no.

Only thing I've done myself is to rig the models to bones of tf2 models and replacing sounds for the most part. Files have existed around various sources and I made this stuff for personal uses.
