Considering you have the in game editor enabled, its obvious to see that you have adjusted his CA and PA

I think the problem has more to do with the AI managers not playing them as much, and then they begin to rot faster than they typically would. I still think it depends on the position. Luca Toni, a Striker, was still scoring and assisting really well for Verona in my Juventus save as well despite being 37-38. I honestly think it comes to playing time. But let's face it, players do begin to decline physically around that age, it can't really be helped. Which is why what position they play determines their longetivity I think.

yes godlike a few players do stay good past 35 (normally with nf over 17) but a don't think there are enough to make it realistic. and i cud show u another dozen top class players 32+ who stats wud not be as bad in real life as they are on this game

Pirlo was 36 when I won the champions league with Juventus. He had the most assists in the champions league, was second in total assists for my entire season, and had an average rating of 7.88. He's 37, and the scout has dropped his evaluation of him, but he's still doing good, still one of my most consistent performers, and still racking up assists. It depends on the position and how often they are still played. Because Pirlo for me, is still kicking ass.

I agree to a point, everyone shouldn't lose their stats so fast at 30, some players do go downhill fast a lot though dont start to show significant changes for a few more years really it should be weighted more not just a forgone conclusion.

If anyone this fm need to change how players stats decrease when they get over 30 like shown in the picture and i'm sure u have seen on your games, speak up and hopefully things will change

players with 12+ NF shud remain there same quality till they are 32 and not go down to these sort of stats till they are 36+ like in real life today. and still there mental and techinical stats shud decrease like this. i have seen this happen on all top players for years of fm and definatly needs to change
