2 tablespoons green onion chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp dashi powder
1.5 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
2 cups noodle water
Prepare noodles based on instructions, and save 2-3 cups of noodle water
Add green onion, cilantro, white pepper, dashi powder, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Pour hot noodle water into the bowl, and add in the noodles.
Optional, finish off with a drizzle of chili oil.
