Press '~' (tilde) or '`' (apostrophe) key to open the developer console**, then type:
"list health" for hearts,
"list stamina" for energy,
"list butterflies",
"list vistas".
— now you can see numbered lists "Not Found" & "Found". I use this numeration on my maps and videos.

You can scroll the list using pageup/pagedown — addition by Akhlys

**Note: Different keyboard layouts — different keys for opening the console. Mine '~/`' is located left to the '1'. According to the commentaries, other variations are:

• console is on ¨ on my keyboard (de_CH), which is the rightmost button besides enter on the second (qwe..) row
  
• Console is '/@ on my keyboard
  
• Console is on apostrophe key ['] keyboard UK.
