Report a translation problem
After mimicing some settings shown on screenshots and disabling VSync, everything is now fine ! Thank you very much for this guide ! Now I can enjoy Muse Dash again !
vsync should lock it to 60fps regardless (because that's what waiting for vertical sync is; it's syncing with the monitor refresh rate) which is not what I wanted, since I wanted several multiples higher (with a 60hz monitor I would want at least 120fps to do 2x vsync for extra frames to minimize stutter).
I would have to mess with things and test settings which I'm not incredibly interested in doing right now but most likely what is helping the feeling of lower latency is the antilag option, not vsync, since vsync should add frames of latency (however the difference wouldn't be as noticable at 60hz compared to 144/240 just by nature of it)
though i am not sure if you have to run it through Radeon or just Steam but i think it doesn't matter so long as the game doesn't override it.
